About Holistic Supports

We support people with National Disability Insurance Scheme plans. Participants must have the appropriate funding in their plan to receive supports. Holistic Supports will provide services to participants in the following local city councils: Manningham, Maroondah, Monash, Knox, Whitehorse and parts of Boroondara, Casey, Stonnington and the Yarra Ranges.
