"I am a long-time friend, former neighbour, and nominee of a participant of the NDIS. Astrid became my friend’s Support Coordinator in March of this year. After the passing of his Mum in October 2017, it became evident that he needed additional support and fast. Since my friend has been on the NDIS, Support Coordinators came and went, changing every 4-6 months, leaving us with very little faith in the system. When Astrid stepped in, she was able to implement processes which in the past had taken 4-6 weeks, within 1-2 weeks. Her knowledge of the system and how it all works is second to none!
